Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we do! Discounts are achieved with the following criteria: 10% off an order of $100 or more, 15% off orders of $500.

To activate these discounts, you'll have to use one of the promo codes listed below. Simply proceed through the check-out, and once your reviewing your purchase you'll be offered a location to input promo codes, so enter the one below which applies. 

10% off an order over $100 = 10off100

What if I don't like your product?

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason we will gladly refund your purchase. Contact us using ourContact uspage and we'll work with you until you are a satisfied customer. We stand behind all of our products, so if you are unhappy with any of them, for whatever reason, contact us and we'll make it right!

How long will shipping take?

We do our best to get orders out the following business day after we receive them. We use Canada Post for all of our shipping.

Surface shipping can take up to 9 business days, and Air is usually 4-7 business days. None of the Small Packet shipping includes tracking. If you want to track your package, you will need to pick a shipping method which is Expedited or Xpresspost. A confirmation email is sent to you once your item has been processed at the post office. 

Do you ship to the United States, and how much will it cost?

Yes, we ship throughout North America and the world and the cost is dependant on the method you choose. Our shipping module links directly into Canada Post so the rates are calculated based on the weight of your order.
